1. Interpretation
1.1. “Access” refers to the ability of a Customer to use the Software.
1.2. “Account” is a personal profile that you can create after indicating your email address and choosing your password on our Website.
1.3. “Automated Document,” “Automated Documents,” or “AD” refer to individual documents that establish, modify, or record agreements, obligations, wishes, or legal rights of the Customer’s choosing and are filled out automatically by our Software.
1.4. “Customer” refers to a person who made a purchase on the Website.
1.5.  “Extras” refer to paid features and services that are not available within the Standard Subscription.
1.6. “Features” refer to the ability of the Customer to provide and edit answers in the Questionnaire, submit the answers, and download the Automated Document chosen before paying the Subscription Price. 
1.7. “Questionnaire” refers to a logical system with a set of questions that a Customer has to answer for Software to fill out a specific Automated Document.
1.8. “Software” and/or “Service” is an online application available through the Website that allows a Customer to automatically fill out chosen Automated Documents based on the Customer’s Questionnaire answers.
1.9. “Standard Subscription” refers to a paid 45-day Access to the Service given to a Customer.
1.10. “Subscription Price” refers to a specific sum a Customer needs to pay to gain Access depending on the Automated Document chosen.
1.11. “Subscription Renewal” refers to an additional payment made by the Customer to get Access to the Service after the 45-day Access granted within Standard Subscription elapses.
1.12. “We,” “our,” “us,” and/or “the company” means and refers to Boosters Lab Inc.
1.13. “Website” refers to divorcecanbesimple.com.
1.14. “You” and/or “your” means you, the end-user, user, visitor, Account holder, and/or the Customer, accessing the Website and any of its contents and/or purchasing services through the Website.

2. Service
2.1. The Customer has to pay the Subscription Price corresponding to the chosen Automated Document (“AD”) to gain Access to all Features of the Software.
2.2. Subscription Price corresponding to the chosen Automated Document is provided at the time of purchase. All Subscription Prices are subject to change at our discretion. The applicable Subscription Price will be clearly displayed to the Customer before any payment is required. By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to pay the Subscription Price indicated at the time of the transaction.
2.3. If you have Access to the Software, you may edit and submit answers and have them reflected in the AD chosen when paying the Subscription Price without incurring additional charges.
2.4. The AD will be available for download in your Account after you submit the answers to the Questionnaire.
2.5. You may not interfere with the Features of the Software or reproduce it. This Software is owned exclusively by the Company.

3. Guarantees
3.1. We provide Access to Software that assists in filling out Automated Documents selected by you (the “Customer”). This service is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.

4. Refund Policy
4.1. 100% refund will be available to the Customer is they paid the Subscription Price and have NOT accessed the Questionnaire (and therefore, provided no answers there) within the Standard Subscription Period.
4.2. No other refund options are available for any reasons except as described in Clause 4.1. of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Privacy Policy 
5.1. We gather, process, store, and share data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It also outlines how we work with third-party websites.

6. Termination of Cooperation
Your Access to the Service will be terminated if:
6.1. You receive a refund as per the Refunds clause.
6.2. You violate these Terms and Conditions for Automated Documents.
6.3. You choose to terminate your Access to our Service and inform us about it via support@divorcecanbesimple.com.
6.4. A time of Access defined by the Standard Subscription elapses, and you do not prolong it by purchasing Subscription Renewal.
6.5. As part of our standard protocol, inactive Accounts are automatically purged after 18 months from the termination date of Access to the Service. Account deletion entails the complete eradication of all associated data, rendering it irretrievable for account recovery purposes.
6.6. Should you wish for an expedited deletion of your Account, you may submit a request. Upon receipt of your Account deletion request, the Account will undergo deactivation for 6 months, during which all associated data will be encrypted, and access to the service will be revoked. We retain data following account deactivation for legal purposes such as fraud prevention, accounting, and enforcement of our Terms of Use. This includes a device identifier, the email address linked to the Account, and a securely encrypted and hashed format of your payment details and questionnaire information. The term “hashing” indicates that while we can identify your payment method (or email) if reintroduced to our systems, we are unable to utilize this information for contacting you or processing payments. Questionnaire information remains encrypted and preserved, enabling us to furnish evidence of service delivery when resolving payment disputes.
6.7. You may reclaim Access to your Account within 6 months from the date of deactivation by requesting it via company email. Failure to request account renewal within this period will result in permanent deletion of the account and all associated data 6 months after the deactivation date.

7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. Our Company and its employees, shareholders, partners or other related parties should not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Company’s Services or any information provided on this Website.
7.2. We are not legal experts and do not give legal advice. Our Company is not associated with any law firm or lawyer.
7.3. The information provided on our Website or by any of the Company representatives cannot be considered or used as legal advice. If you believe that any representative of our Company has provided you with legal advice, do not use it.
7.4. None of the Company representatives and related parties can be held liable for damages arising from the misuse of our Service and information on our Website.
7.5. In the event that any dispute arises, the Company can only be held liable for the Subscription Price paid by a Customer.
7.6. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information that you provide in the Questionnaire and any issues arising due to it.
7.7. The Company is not responsible for how the Automated Documents are used and cannot be held liable for their misuse.
7.8. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AD the Customer receives from the Company.
7.9. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the Customer’s selection or use of a WI, including but not limited to the AD being unsuitable for the Customer’s needs and dissatisfaction with the WI.

8. Visitor and Customer Obligations
8.1. The Customer is solely responsible for providing full and accurate information in the Questionnaire.
8.2. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accurate representation of information in the AD and informing the Company about any inaccuracies via Company email.
8.3. The Customer is solely responsible for choosing a AD and ensuring that the AD suits the purpose they intended to use it for.
8.4. The Customer is solely responsible for the decision to file the AD with any court and for the suitability of filing such AD with the court of Customer’s choosing.
8.5. If you want to dispute a charge to your credit card, you are obligated to notify us about it before you do so via an email to support@divorcecanbesimple.com.

9. The Visitor or Customer cannot:
9.1. Ask any Company representative for legal advice.
9.2. Use or hold the Company liable for the use of any information indicated on the Website or provided by a Company representative as legal advice.

10. Geographic Restrictions
10.1. We do not provide services to Customers or Visitors located in North Dakota, Illinois, South Carolina, Kansas, Rhode Island, Montana, and Arkansas. By using our Website or Service, you confirm that you are not located in any of these states. We reserve the right to block access to our Website and Service or refuse service to any user who violates this restriction. If you attempt to access our Website or Service from any of these restricted states, you do so at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such access.

11.1. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without any notification to you. Please review them periodically to make sure you are up-to-date with the changes.
